Types of Submissions
The journal considers the following types of manuscripts:
- short empirical research reports (experimental and other empirical research) in English (approximately 7,000 – 15,000 characters) or Russian (10,000 – 20,000 characters);
- full research papers incorporating empirical (experimental and other) findings or modeling data, in Russian or English (up to 70,000 characters);
- methodological papers that describe new empirical (experimental) or modeling methods, in Russian or English (usually up to 40,000 characters);
- reviews in Russian or English (up to 70,000 characters);
- English translations of conference papers originally published in Russian or papers in English summarizing research previously published by the same authors in Russian;
- meeting reports and other news articles that describe relevant ongoing or recent academic events, in Russian or English (up to 10,000 characters); please contact the Editor-in-Chief before submitting; and
- discussions (opinion and commentary papers) in English or Russian (up to 10,000 characters).
It is possible to provide the supplementary materials describing technical details of the experimental or mathematical methods as well as supplementary findings not fully covered in the main paper. The supplementary materials would be published as separate files on the same web page as the main paper.
Text limits stated above include spaces but do not include figure captions. The maximum amount of supplementary materials is established by the editor for each submission individually.
